How to register

To register for the Congress, please fill in the online Registration Form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:

1. Fill out the Personal data form and click submit button.
2. You will receive an email to login (with the link to login).
3. Please check your spam or junk folder in case you don’t receive the email.
4. You can also login from the tab from homepage.
5. Choose your registration fee.
6. Pay online by debit/credit card or by bank transfer

Methods of payment

Registration fees must be paid by one of the following methods: 1. Payment via our on-line system Please use the Online Payment System for credit or debit card payments. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard and Visa. 2. Bank Transfer The bank transfer should provide clear details on the name(s) of the participant(s) for whom the payment is made. Please note that payments without this information cannot be identified and registration will not be confirmed. Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by September 15^th, 2023. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer are the responsibility of the participant (payer).

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The BCHG 2023 Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at info@mzhg.org.mk in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Name change

If you are prevented from attending, you will be allowed to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be reported in writing to the BCHG 2023 Secretariat at info@mzhg.org.mk. No name change will be possible after Sept 15th, 2023.
