• Only the accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters will be included in the final Conference program.
• Presenters that are unable to attend and/or need to send a replacement author, should inform the Organizers by emailing at info@mshg.org.mk.

E-POSTERS

• Posters will be presented on 65” TV Monitors
• The poster layout is LANDSCAPE.
• Poster presentations should be readable from distances of at least 1.5 m.
• Posters should be prepared as ONE SLIDE in Microsoft PowerPoint (ppt or pptx format).
• Slide size should be 16:9, not 4:3.
• Font size should not be smaller than 5.
• All poster presentations should be sent by an email on abstracts@mzhg.org.mk not later than October 1st, 2023.
• Authors must be present at the boards for the duration of their scheduled poster sessions.
• Posters will be on display for the duration of the Conference.
